  • Escrow Instructions are provided to all parties within 24 hours.
  • Our Notary Services can and will co-ordinate and accommodate Notary times and locations to fit your needs. Our services Include settlement outside of California or The United States.
  • We are a paperless escrow operation. Our documents are shared via direct e-mail and phone access with all escrow personnel.
  • Prior to closing out an escrow. Estimated closing statements are disburse for approval from all parties.
